RETURNS

You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you’ve ordered the wrong item, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

We'll refund the price you purchased your item at, including sale items or items with multi-buy discounts. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

For faulty or damaged items, please check our FAQs page or contact us first. Many times, a new transformer does the job!.

Before you send us an item for a refund you need to contact us on info@boltslighting.com or by using the messaging chat on the website for us to validate your return and give you the return address.

Returns are made at your cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our designated warehouse. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a tracked shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns need to be in the original box and in a saleable condition. They will need to be packed properly with protective packaging so they can’t get damaged in transit. All goods will be inspected on return.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be at our discretion for items returned to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will only refund the person who bought the item.

If you order via our Amazon Store or Prime, please go through Amazon for your return address and instructions.
